Why do I have to pay a deposit for a Vispring mattress?

All Vispring beds are built to order, with customizable feels varying from soft to firm. Each side can be customized as well.

Prices can vary depending on model, build and size. For all online Vispring purchases, a $1,000 deposit is required to initiate the purchase and reservation process. Within 24 hours, a customer service representative will contact you to customize and design your new Vispring mattress. Upon order, 50% of the purchase price will be due (less the $1,000 deposit.) Upon mattress delivery, the remaining 50% of the purchase price will be due. For all in-store Vispring purchases, 50% of the purchase price will be due at the time of the initial order. The remaining will be due upon delivery.
