Sometimes you just need to sleep on it. That's why we offer a 100-night sleep trial to make sure your body loves your new bed. Sleep on your Urban Mattress for 30 nights, and if you aren't completely satisfied, you have 100 nights to make an exchange. We're pleased to offer one free comfort exchange to a different model. To be eligible for an exchange, the bed must be unsoiled and free from damage. If you would like to exchange your mattress, start by contacting us here. 

At this time we are unable to offer comfort exchanges for mattress purchases made out of our local delivery areas. Give us a call for questions on out-of-state purchases.
